ABOUT THE CHICAGO SELECT GOLF INVITATIONAL
The American Cancer Society’s 25th annual Chicago Select Golf Invitational will be held on Tuesday, September 1, 2020 at Medinah Country Club. Sponsors will have the opportunity to choose to play Medinah’s Championship Course #3, rated #48 in the U.S. and #2 in Illinois by Golf Digest, as well as the newly redesigned Course #2.
Medinah Country Club was the host of the 2019 BMW Championship.
Golf includes green fees, forecaddie, cart, locker room services, lunch, cocktail hour, awards dinner, and player gift.
A challenging day of golf will be capped off with a cocktail reception, an awards dinner, and silent and live auctions. You will not want to miss the opportunity to bid on our unparalleled auction items.
100% of the proceeds raised by the Chicago Select Golf Invitational will go directly to cancer research.
The Chicago Select Golf Invitational is one of the longest running and most profitable golf events in the nation benefiting the American Cancer Society. Chicago Select was founded in 1995 by Keith Bank of KB Partners, LLC and has raised over $7.5 million. In 2011, two stellar golf events, the Chicago Select Golf Invitational and the Metro Golf Classic, merged to carry on the tournaments’ strong tradition of excellence.
Over 350 golfers are expected to attend this exclusive event. Attendees will include corporate sponsors, business and philanthropic leaders, underwriters and distinguished guests.
ABOUT THE MISSION SPEAKER | BILLY KENNEDY
Billy Kennedy was born in Hinsdale, IL and raised in Gainesville, FL. Growing up seeing his father's personal battle with cancer, he decided to pursue a career in oncology. After graduating from the University of Florida College of Medicine, he went on to Washington University in St. Louis to complete his residency in radiation oncology where he is the current chief resident and will graduate in 2021.
